Thank you for for taking time to look at my photos. You folks are great! My five minutes of so called fame made sweet only because some took the time to drop a note. Otherwise, what good would it be - to have a successful moment and have no one notice? I've had my work and name in a few public places but nothing has ever felt anywhere as good as this experience. Ahh, now that those few moments are over, I can breathe - and smile for a long time.

Those of you who regularly read my blog know what a struggle life is for me, at times. How much I want to do the right things and be loved and all of that other stuff that everyone else wants. We all have different paths and part of mine is to quit judging myself by the lives that other people have and to be happy with mine. Happy, not complacent, because it is dreams that keep me going when things are hard. Is the sweet moment that happens every long once in a while, enough? No, not really, I simply want to be happy and loved. Some days it is enough for me to love myself.

Hey, I'm moving out of the dog pee house! Down to one block from the beach and from my hiking trail! For cheaper! Those are the kind of things that matter - a quiet, safe and comfortable home that is close to friends and to the things that I enjoy most in the world.
